As someone who was born and raised here, left for a while, and came running back, I'll give you my honest answer: life here is just easy. Not boring easy. The good kind, where everything's accessible and you have more time for the things you love.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest things you'll ever do, and it's normal for it to feel a little overwhelming. Inspections, appraisals, deadlines, surprises… they happen. My job is to be the calm in the middle of all of it. I'll tell you what's coming before it gets here, walk you through the tricky parts in plain English, and keep everyone moving toward the closing table without the drama. In over 10 years as a Realtor, I've learned that almost every hiccup has a solution, and a steady head finds it faster.
I'm an Executive Broker at Century 21 Parker & Scroggins Realty, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across Benton, Bryant, Alexander, Little Rock and the surrounding areas.
I started my career in the nonprofit world and never lost the heart for it. Giving back is a big part of who I am. You'll find me at just about any community event, serving up shaved ice at our family stand, Sunshine Sno, and supporting our amazing, local schools.

Little Rock

Bryant
Bryant is one of Central Arkansas's fastest-growing communities, and it's easy to see why. Families are drawn to the highly regarded Bryant School District, and Bishop Park is the go-to spot for ball games, playgrounds, and practically every kid's summer. Newer neighborhoods, convenient shopping along Alcoa Road, and an easy commute to Little Rock make day-to-day life simple. Bryant is the kind of place where people wave at neighbors, pack the stands on Friday nights, and stay for generations.
Benton
As the county seat of Saline County, Benton has that small-town feel folks fall in love with, without being far from anything. Its historic downtown square is home to local shops, restaurants, and community events all year long, and the Saline River and nearby Lake Norrell make weekends on the water easy. You'll find everything from established neighborhoods with big yards to brand-new construction, all with a quick shot up I-30 to Little Rock. Benton blends suburban comfort with a close-knit, hometown spirit.
